I started the month with an Agatha Christie Poirot mystery and ended with a Miss Marple. I was aware of the storyline of this book but that didn’t spoil my enjoyment one bit.

I just reread this book for a book club and am so glad I did. When it comes to Christie novels, I'm always been more of a Poirot fan than a Miss Marple fan. In reading some of the Miss Marple books again, I've gotten a new appreciation for these stories. I knew she was clever, but had forgotten what a wonderful sense of humor Jane Marple has. She is able to work through several suspects to get to the truth and anticipated plot turns I never saw coming. I really enjoyed this book.
