I enjoyed this one just as much as the first one, and it was so nice to keep getting to know the characters. The last book felt so short and I feel like I actually could get attached to them this time around.

Rory is still my favorite of course, but I was rooting for all of the girls and their respective partners and friendships. This book has tons of great representation and I enjoyed the plot and setting too.

My only complaint is that I got a little confused about the curse and it’s history. Maybe I was just reading too fast or maybe it’s supposed to be ambiguous but I felt like I was missing something the entire time which was a little frustrating at times.

But overall, great series! Give these ones a try!

Not quite as good as the first one, but still a super fun read and I don’t understand what I did to deserve the personal attack. That is Yuki‘s aroace chronic tension.

This series had my name written all over it. A twisted, gory, curse and secret filled boarding school fantasy adventure mystery, with a focus on female friendship and starring four teens destined to follow the paths of various fairytale princesses? What more could I possibly want?

Yes, it was a little messy in places but I had so much fun with it I couldn’t have cared less. This was a brilliantly addictive, entertaining, brutal and heartwarming read and I enjoyed every moment of my time within its pages.

In this sequel of Grimrose Academia, the fairy-tale deaths continue and the girls embark on their journey to break the curse once and for all before they end up dead. After the three girls discovered the truth about what is happening, they need to discover why it is happening. Together with this, each one of them has their secrets to deal with and the dark destiny that one of them now has in her hands.
When I finally could start this reading, I was excited after discovering it was a sequel.
The sensation of finalizing the book was so satisfactory and, at the same time, I wanted to reread it to enjoy the clues in the book.

I had now the opportunity to read the author's writing, and I can say she did an amazing job describing the scenery and a better one in the character and relationship development.

I was happy for the romantic couple's development, but at the same time, I was grateful for certain characters finishing the books without one.
