Take your last breath was probably the best book in the series!!!! ( for me )
The Ruby Redfort series has now become one of my favourites. In this second instalment, 'Take Your Last Breath', I was once again brought into the world of Ruby Redfort, Clancy Crew and Spectrum. Each book comes with a new and exciting plot line that engages the reader in an interactive way.
'Take Your Last Breath' was full of mystery and humour the way all of Lauren Child's works are and was a great escape into a world of a teenage spy. The plot may have been a bit predictable but it was a great mystery nonetheless. I also like the addition of notes on the static code of Chime Radio and Count von Viscount.
Once again, I'd like to say that this book was quite enjoyable and I look forward to the next in the Ruby Redfort series.

This was an okay book, no emotional pulls whatsoever. I don't know about other people, but sometimes I just want to sink into a book and let someone else's problems make mine feel insignificant for a while. This book had nothing to pull me back, make me want to find out what happens.
it was a good adventure book for younger readers.

The title cleverly explains what you do. It takes your breath away. An astonishing adventure takes place in this book with you feeling sorrowful, rejoiced, full of hate and just literally takes your breath away.
