Very slow going at first but picked up about half way through - loved the second half! First half was too slow for my liking.

I was bored 100% of the time.

And why were there so many words? And why was everything so easy? I would rather have things happening than to read about these people thoughts for pages on end.

This is the least spicy book I've read by Katee Robert. I'm disappointed. LET THE LADIES LIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE.

One of Katee Robert’s best works yet. This is the second book in the series and I wouldn’t recommend reading it as a standalone as you’ll miss important parts from book one! Lizzie and Maeve start out as a partnership of convenience but quickly evolve into more. Lizzie’s character growth was my favorite part of this novel. Lizzie is such a strong character, Maeve truly brings out her soft side and helps her realize there’s more to life than what you know.
