No good from the library as the unique code was already used. Bummer!

Not much reading to it but taking the test was pretty insightful.

The main reason to purchase this book is to review the test results you'll receive when you take the questionnaire with your code online. I actually found the results to be incredibly accurate and insightful. I would highly recommend this to everyone from college students to executives.

I love this book and highly recommend it. It gives a name to traits that you’ve always known you’ve had. It also tells you about pitfalls of your strength and what types of other strengths to pair with.

This book is basically a description of what StrengthsFinder is and a description of the 34 strengths. Not necessarily all that exciting, but if you and/or your team has taken the StrengthsFinder assessment, the book is helpful.

I think most of the things were spot on after I took the assessment test. I wished the book gave more explanations for the themes and ideas. Instead they give lots of examples of other people who have the same theme or idea. The examples were good but the explanations were not enough.

I like the idea of focussing on strenghts instead of weaknesses but in the end it was too much kitchen psychology for me.
