Took me a while to warm up to this series, but I'm liking it more..
After read most of Wallander's mysteries I still can say this is my favorite of all them. :)
Hard to believe that a 14 year old can keep an entire police department on its toes, but he did. As always, Wallander figures it out in time.
Great story. Slow pace and some forgettable characters (maybe the Swedish names hard to remember for me). The main detective though is nice to follow and to empathize with.

Moving - the best so far. The series grows on you too, as you realize you care much more about the protagonist and the other characters than the crimes.
Excellent story, with a not so angst ridden Wallendar. Perhaps he's getting better? Who knows. But it was an intriguing story of great heart. Keep wondering if Sweden is really so dark. Or is it the job?
Only took me three months to read this. It's a great book, but I have only narrow periods of personal reading time.
