I liked both these books, and thought the sex scenes were super hot. The chemistry was built well, though the men pivot to adoration fairly quickly. I can’t objectively judge the amount of cat content? It’s probably a bit much but it’s cute. I enjoyed the third act obstacles and reconciliation too, which I often don’t. Overall a very good time!
When they said enemies-to-lovers, let me tell you. i felt like they were enemies until the end. Jamie’s very loveable and very funny and is hell bent on not forgiving Jackson for his wrongdoings, and we love us a vengeful FMC.
I live the banter in this book and the kindness these two show each other

It took a bit of a painful start with how angry they were at each other but that slow burn was sooo worth it and the explosion when they finally are together was epic. Loved them and want more!

Really well written and dealt with the usual tropes in a refreshing way. A light easy read. It did feel that the library was a very convenient way to explain everything, but it wasn't a massive issue.
