Wow… I’ve read it twice and it blew my mind. The concept is so intriguing. Amazing characters. Hard to stop reading. I was eager to see what Ursula would do with her precious time. It was written with heart and emotion. I have recommended this book so many times I can’t remember. I’ve even lent my copy out twice and both times I never got it back so I have bought it 3 times. It’s that good. I’m a big fan of historical fiction so it grabbed me instantly. I love this take on reincarnation.

This book was confusing to me, probably because a lot was happening (and repeating) and the time jumps were drastic. The pacing was very slow. I think the formatting is clever, and the nods to each of Ursula’s “lives” were satisfying to catch. The Hitler storyline pulled me completely out of an otherwise ordinary-yet-extraordinary drama, and it brought the book down in my opinion.

Extremely well-woven together for how complex of a plot line this is. I was confused for the first quarter of the book, but once I understood what was happening I was entirely hooked.

Knowing what is coming next and seeing things happen that she herself doesn’t understand was so satisfying

and the concept of multiple timelines kept me always eager to read the next chapter.
