It seems silly and unnecessary. But I listened to it after I finished the series. Might of meant more if I read it in sequence.
It was interesting how these four stories came together. I didn't think all the stories would be set in medieval Europe but they fit together.
Also - I like Shelby and Miles sooo much more than Luce and Daniel. They were cute and I liked the progression of their relationship. Roland's story was sad but again, I liked it more than Daniel and Luce. Basically, they are bland and boring. The books mention that they are soulmates every three seconds. The more that's mentioned in the text, the less I feel that they actually are soulmates. It's like the author is bashing the reader over the head with that.
But I digress.
Arriane's story I probably liked the least of the 4. It wasn't clear to me what happened and why. It seemed like Tess was just giving up? And it was sad too.
But overall an interesting collection. It was cool to get inside the heads of some of the other characters for a while.

This is amazing. I never thought Miles and Shelby would be together. I didn't actually like how Arianna is sort of a lesbian however. I pitied Roland. Still,this was a great book.
So very fantastic, loved these stories of love, whether is's starting, ending, hard times or easy times, and now to read Rapture!

Lots of great short stories of romance, some sad, some not, but all of them great, and the excerpt from Rapture was amazing! Can't wait for my library copy of it to come in!

This book was just a collection of separate love stories that happened on Valentine's Day. It included Miles and Shelby's story, Roland's love story, Arriane's love story, and just another Daniel and Lucinda story *sighs* It's finally my last Daniel and Lucinda story THANK GOODNESS and now I'm finally going to be my last book of this series. It's long overdue for me to finish this series and I'm happy I'll finally get it out of the way. My favorite love story out of this was probably just Roland's because it showed his true self and how he self-sacrificed himself to make the woman he loved happy. In this Valentine's Day they all go back into the past to relive their lives. I can only handle so much of this series and this definitely isn't one of my favorite books.

Sort of disappointed in this novel.
First, it was only like 200 pages? What the heck? I had to pay 15 bucks for about 200 pages of writing?!?!
Secondly, Kate could have expanded much more on her stories and heck, where was Gabbe in this? That might have been interesting too!
