Solid book!

Okay it was p lame at the start but it got pretty twisty and turn-y at the end. I thought it was a simple pedo turned serial killer kind of situation at first, but the story’s definitely deeper than that. It explored themes like domestic abuse, grief, and even loss (which was way more than I expected from a thriller book

usually i’m not a fan of wee kids who see things but Jake seemed pretty sound

It was a bit of a slow starter, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. I figured out who the little girl was before I was told, but not who the criminal was ;), still pretty proud

Brilliant. Wild ride from start to finish. The right level of suspense and mystery. Every page I was discovering something I hadn't quite put together on my own and it was a real page turner.
