Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC.
I almost don’t know where to start here. Deliver Me is one of the most disturbing books I’ve ever read all the way through. I would recommend anyone who wants to read it checking on trigger warnings. That being said this book is a gem of domestic horror. We follow Daisy, a woman in her thirties who grew up in a restrictive, very religious small town, as she tries desperately to become a mother. She works an emotionally and physically draining job, has a history of miscarriage, and a weird relationship with her boyfriend while she refers to as Daddy. Her past and her present collide when someone from her youth comes back to town. This further complicates her life until things start to spiral.
The writing is fantastic and I would recommend this book to anyone who can handle the darkest parts of it.

Elle Nash is one of my favorite authors, periodd.
The scene about the tampon was probably the most shocking part to me and made me wrinkle my nose.

Thank you to Netgalley for the ARC!
This was BRUTAL. It had so much visceral descriptions, and such a vivid way of describing things. I knew the ending was coming, but it was still just as shocking and jaw dropping. Wow!

WOWWWW I fucking loved this book, it was so so so good and prompted a very long notes app ramble. god where do i start. it’s so fucked up and the main character is extremely mentally unwell but GODDDD, there are so many things i love about this book. religious imagery, sapphic pining, a total flop ass mc, so much BLOOD and just the ugliest parts of someone being bared to the world. godddd, im so amazed. i will def be spinning this one back. this book woke up so many emotions in me and i had to set it down to walk around several times, but holy shit am i glad i stuck through with it. there are so many quotes that really stuck with me, god this mc reminded me so much of sari, she’s so REAL with her like issues with herself and not feeling good enough and feeling purposeless. god even the fucking title is so like layered. deliver me… deliver a baby… deliver me from sin, god… FUCK FUCK FUCK I LOVED THIS ONE SOOOO MUCH I NEED A HARD COPY ASAP…. THIS IS FOR MY CRAZY GIRLS.
