I fully went into this knowing it was gonna be a hit for me and T didn’t disappoint! Isabella and Nicco absolutely blew me away, I loved them so much! The way Nicco groveled and was fully dedicated to winning Izzy back was 100% top book boyfriend material. To him there was no other option than to get her back and I think it truly speaks volumes as to how much he loves her. I fear Nicco is my new favorite leading man in the DiMaggio series (shh no one tell Matteo)!
Our girl Izzy is truly one bad ass chick. I admire her resilience and her no-nonsense attitude. Despite Nicco being the love of her life, she doesn’t give him a free pass and makes him work for it. As she should! She lets him know his actions need to back up his words in order for their second chance to really work.
I enjoyed everything about Isabella and didn’t want to put it down! Also, I loved the cameos! If you haven’t yet add Isabella to your tbr!

Lord I love me a good dark mafia story. This is the first book from T. Priceton that I've read and man did i love it. This book was so well structured I love how we got a glimpse into there past but we didn't dwell on it. It had just enough information and detail for us to understand their circumstances without giving us unnecessary information. Isabella and Nicco where just perfect for each other. I loved how Isabella was strong but also able to show her emotions and Nicco man we need more men like Nicco in this world he did and would do anything to protect her. Their love for each other was just so beautiful. I really enjoyed this read and already looking forward to Vincenzo's story, I'll also be going back to read Matteo's story as well. And I really hope that we get a story with Liana I would love to read her story.

Oh my goodness, this was a mafia masterpiece. I fell in love with Matteo last year when I read it. I was shocked to find out it was a debut. I knew I wanted to read more whenever she wrote it. You guys should not be sleeping on these books. If you like mafia romances, read these books.
I loved Matteo, but damn did Nicco get me too. Holy crap the mouth on this man. He can grovel like no other. He worships the ground Isabella walks on. The flashbacks had my heart hurting. T. Priceton’s writing immerses you into the character’s feelings.
The glimpses of Matteo and Lux’s relationship made me giddy. Lux is an incredible character. She is a woman’s woman and has Isabella’s back no matter what. Liana is also a fantastic friend.

I found myself rooting for them every step of the way, and the ending left me with a full heart and a huge smile.

Amazing story by T. Priceton. After reading Matteo I could not wait for Isabella's story to come out. Their families hate each other but yet they complete each other. After breaking her heart he wants another chance at love with her and he will do anything to have that chance. This is a second chance at a forbidden love. Isabella is a fiery, a bit sheltered, feisty mafia princess. I didn’t connect with her as much as I had hoped, and I felt at times she was a little immature, but she definitely had her moments where she really shined.

Thanks to the author for an E-ARC. Oh this story had me in tears. This was a gut wrenchingly raw emotional wild ride. I love how Isabella's raw personality and emotions were flowing off the pages. She is a silent forced to be reckoned with, and I love how she made Nicco earn her trust once he came back into her life again. This second chance romance was written well and incorporated all the yearning and angst one could only dream of. I love how the breadcrumbs of the past was sprinkled into the story to provide the divide that occurred to them when they were younger. I love how the story did not show Isabella as a damsel in distress type of woman, but a woman that can think on her feet quickly, and get out of tough situations! She is a strong willed go getter and I like how she is such a loving person. Her sense of found family with Lux and closeness with Liana made my heart so warm, I appreciate and loved each scene they all had with Isabella because those experiences created a sense of self worth and hedge of love and protection for Isabella to emphasize she is never alone.
Nicco whew, the man that you are! I absolutely loved his character from start to finish and he is the perfect match for Isabella, I love how much of a teddy bear he is with Isabella and truly did not stop by no means to get back in her good graces. Each scene that he begged, and groveled I ATE IT UP every time. Their connection and intense vibe with one another never wavered even when they did not see or talk to each other, the pull they had was so intense and I loved how the pull is what ultimately brought them together.
The spice was definitely worth the wait my oh my ;)
