This was enjoyable. I've read all of the other Robert Langdon books and this was one of my least favorites. Like Lost Symbol, it was just far more science oriented than I am. I much prefer the arts/history/culture focused ones. And even my lack of science knowledge notwithstanding, the ending felt kind of underwhelming.

All in all, pretty good, just not my cup of tea.

2.5 stars; I'd give it only 2, but I enjoyed learning about the buildings in Spain.

Interesting, but I expected more from Kirsch's "big discovery". I was hooked by that from the beginning of the book, so I was kinda disappointed at the end. Nevertheless, a book worth reading.

I started reading this book because I was going on a trip to Barcelona (where most of the story takes place). I loved the author's depiction of Barcelona and some of the landmarks, however, the overall story was just "meh" for me. While the ending was not predictable, I was not pleased with it and the whole thing left me wanting the hours I spent reading the book back. I struggled to get through this and it was almost a DNF for me but at 70% complete I could not give up.

Yes, but WHO created the laws of physics?????!!!!! Even in chaos there is order!
