I found the audiobook a bit hard to follow- the tale itself is convoluted, and I think having the physical book would’ve made for a better read. Then you can at least flip back to reference/clarify characters, events, etc.

It was overall unnecessarily complex, and I felt there were a lot of loose ends and that some of the plot points really relied on circumstance. Definitely was a miss for me, but I know it’s a mixed pot, with others loving this story.

wanted to like this more but legit found myself skimming entire henry chapters bc it was so uninteresting in the grand scheme of things. did not need to be 400+ pages honestly

hannah’s entire personality revolves around being a mom and how the rest of them aren’t like her bc they “don’t know life as a parent”

everyone in this book was an asshole; i liked the twist (if you can call it that?) but nobody got their comeuppance which was so deeply unsatisfying

Great premise, mediocre execution.
