Cannibalism seems a great solution to too many poor people. Eat the children! The title essay was very good, fun satire with a clear and punchy message behind it, and I rather enjoyed the poem about city rain, but that last essay (An Examination Of Certain Abuses, Corruptions, And Enormities, In The City of Dublin) was seriously making my eyes glaze over, so something of a mixed bag overall.
If you like satire, have a tolerance for English from the 1700s and can take a joke it's worth a read.

World's greatest piece of satire and you're wrong if you disagree
Political satire at its best. There is a reason that this is considered part of the canon.
