Suspenseful
The triller is well written. It is filled with several twists and turns. It kept me doubting every single character, amazing climax.
The only thing I was a little disappointed was that the first 100 pages were too slow without contributing much. Also, maybe it is completely justified about her abusing alcohol, it reminded me of a book I didn't enjoy (The girl on the train). Therefore, I wasn't sure if I would enjoy the book as much as I did.
I would recommend this book if one enjoys thrillers, then just trudge through the first 100 pages.

It starts out pretty slow with all the building for the characters and the backstory, but if you can get through the slow pace in the beginning, the ending is very much worth the wait! I didn't see it coming at all and I'm glad I pushed through! I really enjoyed where everything went in this book!

There were two major plot twists in my opinion and once the book picked up, it was thrilling and I was unable to put it down.
