A reflective one-shoy about being a creative and controlling the narrative whilst simultaneously being a cute slice of life story.

Wanted a bit more of content to really complete the story. But it was still a good read

god this is how I felt abt csm at its prime

I like how Fujimoto plays with form, creating a manga that reads like a movie - it's not something I've seen before and adds this confusing element to the narrative where you don't know what's real or not. The story leaves it up to the audience to decide and put the pieces together. It's unique and kept things interesting. This being said, at only 200 pages, I didn't feel there was time to connect to the characters or feel the story. It was quick and to the point, therefore lacked any emotive connection (which is something I like and usually look for). I have mixed feelings overall, as there's something about this that I really love, but it felt like only the start of a story. I'm so intrigued and so desperate for more? Kind of unsatisfied, while needing to devour his other works and on the look out for any new release... it's a weird and odd reaction.
