if you love constant slut-shaming from the female lead and a repetitive undertone of 'im not like the other girls' running throughout a mediocre plot, then this book is for you! fortunately, thats not my case
i think the reason i was so mad at this book the first time i read it, among other things, might have had alot to do with the
Spoiler
tired-ass accidental pregnancy plot twistall these things combined, not sure if im ever gonna voluntarily pick up another book from this author tbvfh.
Cruel Intentions is the first book in the Rydeville Elite series. This book is told from Abby's point of view. This is a dark romance. Abby lives in a corrupt family. Her family is part of the elites. The guys treat women like crap and believe that they rule over everything. Her father is not a nice guy and has her in an arranged marriage to a monster.
Abby is twins with Drew and engaged to Trent. Charlie is also in their elite crew. Trent treats Abby like crap and calls her degrading words. Abby fights back all the way. Cam, Sawyer, and Jackson show up at the school. They are on the opposite side. However, Abby learns to trust that they are on the same side to take her dad down and starts working with them. She also has Xavier as a friend, whom she hired to get dirt on her dad.
Things happen to Abby and her elite guys are there, but they are not there to help her. They just let it happen. Abby turns to Cam for help. However, there are just so many secrets and lies. I love this book as well as this series. It is different from anything I've ever read before and is one of my favorites.
Can Abby fight against the cruel world that is the elite? Or will they get the best of her?

I just finished Cruel Intentions and I am ADDICTED. This book is a dark bully romance I cannot wait to read the rest of this series. Abby’s relationship with the new elite had me on the edge of my seat. I loved them, hated them, and now I’m just straight up confused. Abby’s feisty demeanor has me intrigued. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book! Yet again Siobhan did it again, another great start to a great series!
Holy Hotness - I could NOT get enough of this book. The obsession for this book is real. Cam and Abby are everything. I LOVE a book that has a woman that is not gonna roll over for anything. Abby is the epitome of a strong, powerful and amazing woman. Cam is her perfect equal - He is strong, smart, and so incredibly determined. I could not put down this book. Siobahn Davis KNOCKED it out of the park with this one!
Still amazing on rereading
It’s been a while so I figured a reread was due. Good grief, this book doesn’t hold back. The world of Rydeville is filled with corruption, money, secret deals and revenge. Everyone has an agenda and the facts are so intricately twisted with lies that it is impossible to work out what is true and what isn’t. I thoroughly enjoyed being back in Abby’s world and I can’t wait to keep reading.
