I just knew this was going to be a favourite and it did not disappoint!

I've liked Lawson's character the whole way through this series so really loved seeing him get his happy story with Hallie. 💕

As usual, the family rallied around in the best way and I still love them all. I especially loved the kids in this one and how Hallie brought out the best in them, especially Luke.

I'm sad this series is over, but I'm excited for Sparrow Falls next!

This was the perfect ending to the Lost & Found Series. I’ve loved the way Lawson shows up for his family in the other books of this series, so I was excited to read his story. Hallie was strong, brave, and sweet. Lawson had so much baggage and the biggest heart. I loved watching them fall for each other. However, the romance did seem to be a little rushed for how hard Lawson was fighting his attraction to Hallie. Luke, Drew, and Charlie were an adorable addition to the story. They added depth and heart to it. The banter between Lawson and Hallie was perfect. Their spice was well timed. I loved the glimpses of all the other couples from the previous books. The plot hooked me quickly, and I had a hard time putting the book down. I was shocked by the big reveal. It wasn’t what I was expecting to happen. The ending wrapped up the story nicely and fit the characters. As always, I loved the epilogue and getting to see how it all worked out. I loved Lawson, but I think Roan is still my favorite Hartley!

Man I loved this book and I'm so sad this series is over. I feel a huge book hangover coming after finishing this. I loved Lawson and Hallie and their healing journeys over the course of this book. Their chemistry was clear right off the bat. I didn't expect the twists and turns in this book at all! I need to read more of her work now!

Catherine Cowles certainly ended the Lost & Found series with a bang.

📕 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Ashes of You by Catherine Cowles

📙 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Lost & Found character series. Book 5. Series is now complete.

📗 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: E-book on Kindle. 🆓️ on KU

📘 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗲: Contemporary romance

📔 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘀: Single dad, man in uniform, suspense, age gap, small town.

📖 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: Hallie is trying to start over after being abducted. She takes a nanny job for three boys in a small town without knowing the father is the man who rescued her all of those years ago. Their connection is instant, but both have shadows in their heart that keep them from starting anything new.

🌟 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: I loved this book.

There's something about a character you spend five books feeling horrible for. The series finale finally gives Lawson his happy ending - one he's worked hard for and deserves, and as a reader, you can't help but be really happy for him.

Hallie was a great character too. I loved how all three of Lawson's children required a different approach, and watching her not only fall in love with Law, but work her butt off to give the boys some warmth and comfort was so great.

The suspense aspect to this series has been a little hit or miss to me, but in this book specifically I liked the subplot and how it played out. A perfect end to a solid series - but I continue to think if all of this happened in one town, I definitely would have moved by now.

𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹: 3/5 🌶🌶🌶
