The first part in the series set the bar incredibly high for Duplicity, and it did not disappoint. Once more the book is well-written, engaging and I simply devoured it. There were moments where it felt rushed and I would have hoped for a bit more space for the story to breathe, but overall it flowed great. The spice level went up from part 1, but didn't get too overwhelming.
I did feel like some decisions by the main character could have used more explaining, I was left frowning a couple of times and wishing to get a better glimpse inside her head. While to me Duality remains the stronger of the two, Duplicity was still a great read and I will be purchasing a physical copy of it in the future, as it deserves a spot on display in my shelf.

I am so in love with this series. Duality was hot, Duplicity is on fire. This book really amped up EVERYTHING from emotional weight all the way to spicy scenes, everything was bigger and better! I love Eli, but this time around, each member of this RH stole a chunk of my heart! (And a new addition I did not see coming!) I was on the edge of my seat, I was laughing at Jex's snarky one liners, I was crying, I was throwing things, and I was messaging the author full or emotional duress. Ten out of ten, read this series.

I went back and reread Duality before journeying into this book and it is a journey I will take again. This series will likely become an annual read for me. Warning, the end of this book made me want to throw the book and scream NO! Major cliffhanger but worth every minute of reading time. I was given an advanced ARC so I was able to read it early so this is an honest review from a real read.I love how the reverse harem is being built and isn’t just automatic. The relationships are real and complex and the characters are real as well. No all bad and no all good. Good bad guys and bad good guys guys always makes a great read. Becca you kicked this one out of the park!

I didn’t think I could love Jex more but book 2 proved me wrong. Her banter and quick wit (even when she’s just thinking to herself) never failed to make me smile or laugh. I always love a main character with sass and she definitely wears her sassy pants all the time. And the spice on this ramped up to another total hotness level. Phew! There were reveals and surprises in this that were hinted at in the first book and yet I still was totally clueless. I loved each one. Can’t wait to read the next book to see what’s to come!
