If you’re going to read one comic it’s gotta be Kingdom Come, unlike a lot of occasions where expectations are the thief of joy and bearer of disappointment, I’ve have been hyping KC in my head for 20 years and it was better than I ever imagined 5/5 stars

Was looking forward to it because of how highly regarded this comic is but I actually found it quite boring. The writing is very competent but the themes are so dated. I don't care about Superheroes feeling obsolete, it's just not an interesting theme. And it's overused.
