I adored every part of this story so much. I could not believe the amount of times I gasped in every chapter. Surprisingly, I didn’t cry but LORDT, was I close. Marriage in crisis is an incredible trope but it’s a tough one and Ana did it justice.
Alessandra is one patient human being but I’m so immensely proud of her. Throughout the whole book, I was rooting for her and smiling like crazy even though it was simultaneously breaking my heart. I adored her strength and love for her husband, friends, and family.
Dominic FUMBLED. HARD. But I LOVEDDD experiencing his undoubted love for his wife, even if he lost sight of her being the most important thing in his life. He groveled through and through and that mouth can MOUTH.
