A cute 3 hour read. I’m thinking the author has a thing for eating cat. All the men can hold their breath for hours and she def puts the, to work.
The miscommunication and back and forth of this had me skimming after a while. Not sure I'll be continuing the series as it doesn't follow the rest of the central family.

My issue was the discrimination (of him as a monster) and the way the FMC held a grudge against him for something that she accused his father of doing based on what her family/ ancestors told her. She literally hated him out of tradition. Wow. None of that was rational.
No one should be blamed for the (alleged) mistakes of their parents - i know i sure as hell don't want that.
