I was so happy that you did not suffer from a sophomore slump! I have put off reading you because I was so worried that I would love The Pale Dreamer's world as much the second time, and I was so wrong. You were dark and enchanting and allowed me to explore London as much as I did Oxford. I am so excited to continue with the next three books to see how the Rephs and the syndicate dance around each other and the (hopeful) end of Scion. Plus I am a big fan of the slow burn romance!

This book was a little slow paced but it kept me on the edge of my seat with its slow burning suspense. Paige has to deal with a lot of horrible things in this book. There are problems that keep on piling up. At this point in the series, it seems very bleak for our main characters. If anyone makes it out of this series alive, I will be pleasantly surprised. "The Mime Order" is filled with morally gray characters who are unpredictable and unique. The ending left me wanting the next on right now!
