It is no surprise to me, how much I fell for this book. I read all the last first date books, and I couldn't wait for this one to come out. This is Bailey's story and she is the last of the friends who made a pact to find their "Last First Dates".
Bailey runs the Cozy Cottage Cafe that all her friends drink coffee and eat cakes at. It is a place where the four ladies get together and discuss their careers, and men of course! When it comes to love Bailey knows that she promised her friends to give the last first date idea a chance, that's why she's doing the most horrible speed dating night of her life. However, Bailey's already had the love of her life in Dan her fiancé, who died almost 3 years ago today. She simply cannot imagine giving her heart to anybody else.
These books are the perfect feel good romance to curl up with. I devoured it, with in hours. I would highly recommend it to all of you!

I think Bailey and Ryan's story is my favorite of the 4. I appreciate the reflections on grief in here.

While this was a good book, it’s my least favorite of the series. I felt Bailey made things a lot harder than it needed to be, but Ryan and Josh really came through. The male characters made this book work for me. There is a lot of emotion, overwhelming at times, but this was a good way to end the series. Everything came full circle and there were no loose ends.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This book had promise as a cute, Hallmark-eque idea, but it fell flat for me. The characters were likable enough, the story-line cheesy but cute, and the setting realistic enough to appease me. The problem was the lack of subtlety that Bailey possessed.
She liked Ryan A LOT at the beginning. Constantly kept mentioning it. Then, out of nowhere, she brings up her beloved fiancé who passed away. Yet, she still has a major crush on Ryan and doesn't deny it. This makes the rest of the book's struggle pointless. I felt that the author was using a great idea (still hurting over a loved one's passing) rather poorly, and it didn't accurately reflect Bailey's feelings at the beginning of the book. If the beginning had changed, then the story would have made sense. As it was, I was confused.
Also, I was annoyed that Bailey seemed too "perfect." Perfect figure, pretty looks, smart, ambitious, blah blah blah. There are totally people out there who are all that and more, but when it's from Bailey's POV, I'd like to see some flaws.
Anyway, it was cute. But not perfect, but any stretch.

I knew this book was going to be an easy read (downloaded it for free from Kindle) but I found the story a little dry. None of the characters were particularly rounded and it was easy to confuse who was who. Although it did deal with a slightly more difficult topic
with the death of her former fiancé shadowing over her new love
which added a slightly more complex story, it did frustrate me that while she could be the hero for her female friends it was only the male characters who could help her when she needed it.

It’s finally Baileys turn!

After losing her fiancé in a motorcycle accident three years ago, opening up her Cozy cottage cafe and making three awesome friends and seeing their first last dates become their boyfriends, Bailey is getting antsy and wants to join in on the pact!
Little does she know that her first last date has been around for a while....
Baileys past is discribed in this book, her Nona, Dan and her almost mother-in-law Meredith and their connections to her. In this book I was not fond of pushy Paige and Marissa who it felt like didn’t want to share her brother.

All in all this is a good ending for all 4 ladies!

I received this ebook copy from the publisher and NetGalley for an honest review.
