I don't understand the appeal of two people who hate each other and treat each other horribly... Falling in love.
Not a particularly good book. It introduces us to the Wallflower women. The story between Annabelle and Simon lacks chemistry. Simon goes from just wanting a mistress to being head over heels in such a short, unbelievable amount of time. Throw in a couple of soap opera level dramas for good measure and this book was hard to talk myself into finishing.

after reading many hr books i am little ashamed to get to read lisa kleypas's books just now. this book even surpassed my expectations i had. while reading it i was reminded why i love so much enemies to lovers. I was also pleasantly suprised that we got to see more of annabelle and simon's life after wedding how they work together. excited to continue series.
