Great book. Got a little slow in the middle, but more than made up for it in the end.

Luca!!! I wanted to give you 5* sooooo badly!!!

'he put his arms around her, raking his hands through her hair as he brought her face against his chest. Settling his lips into her mane of hair, he kissed the top of her head. He wrapped his other hand around the so of her waist as he spoke gently to her. "Samantha darlin', its goin' to be all right. We'll find who's responsible for this attack and you'll get your life back. I promise you." - Luca

He's so perfect in this novel is ridiculous lol! Using his hot hard body and heartfelt words to comfort. Its like an orgasm machine with a heart full of love as a bonus :-D

Truly a great read I so wanted elemental with Samantha and sex on a quick vampire Luca to get their HEA. Their love is epic and consuming and the paranormal world seem to want to throw everything in their way.

I was only held back from a 5* because parts felt rushed and sometimes given the easy/obvious out to keep the story neat and tidy but left of wanting more depth. Having said that I still can't wait to get my hands on Tristan's story next :-D

Luca gets 5* in my heart tho, yikes! What a treat!!!

I tried listening to Luca's Magic Embrace on audio and it was very confusing. As much as I tried to stay emersed in the story and the world there seemed to be no differentiation between the characters before the POV changed. I was constantly trying to catch up and figure out who's POV I was in.

I wanted to try the second book out because I was on the fence about Kade's Dark Embrace but I've come to realise that this series isn't for me, unfortunately.

I loved the story. I love Luca, he's so sweet... I bought Luca's Magic Embrace the day it came out because I loved Kade's Dark Embrace so much. I love the immortals of New Orleans. Can't wait for Tristian's book!

Each book just keeps getting better! I am loving this series!! Kym Grosso knocked it out of the park with Luca and Samantha's story. It was everything I thought it would be and better!! Next up Tristan :)

Solid world building, liked getting deeper into it.

Second book into the series, and it doesnt disappoint.

This one follows Luca, Kade's right hand man.
This picks right up pretty much where the first left it. A girl that had been being used as an entity for bad magic. After being cleared of the bad magic, she had been left with some good magic in her, in Kades basement, she was left in charge of the local witches coven.

But on the way, Luca disappears.....and this is how this book begins. The search had been on for a week and still no sign of Luca. Luca had been silver bound and starved for that weak. He knew he was dying, and with his last energy he sent a thought to Kade, who received it - very slightly - but still helped him to locate Luca.

Healed Luca feels a responsibility to the new witch, Samantha, and heads to the coven to find she left. Finding her, he has every intention of ordering her to go back, but sensing her stubbornness he said they would go in a few days....

After losing inhibitions both Luca and Sam are skinny dipping in the pool when the condo she was staying it was blown up. A message left in blood in front of the condo was left. Luca remembered this, but didn't tell Samantha. Now was the time to leave.

Back in New Orleans, Luca is fighting his elevating attraction to Samantha, trying to convice himself as well as others that hes just looking after her and want to help keep her safe.

Samantha cannot tap into her magic. Or so she thinks....under pressure, she felt it burst from her with a string of latin words....after that...she investigates it more...

After being pinned down by a vamp in Tristans ( a local werewolf Alpha owns) Bar, he tells her about the thing that Luca rubs off, but Samantha has lost all memory of the time she was used for the black magic.....

After consulting with the witches.....Luca and Samantha go on the hunt to find something she doesn't remember, doesn't know, and doesn't know how in the world shes the one that has it...

Another good book, lots of sizzling sex scenes, and even the lust scenes are really well written! (Obviously not for those under 18 years old!!)
Another end of a cliffhanger, which i didn't mind as i had the next book lined up...something i suggest you do - you'll want to pick it right back up!!!

read on behalf of BEWITCHING TOURS for an honest review

The writing got worse from the first book. Very little plot, terrible dialog. I had no interest in the characters at all.
