I thought this was a great, still whimsical and ridiculous and fun depiction of Alice in Wonderland in a bit of a more mature setting. I appreciate that everything is after the fact and does not disrupt the movie depiction. It connected Alice's "real" life and Wonderland Life as it made a direct correlation between characters in Wonderland who could be inspired by her real life. The book also mentioned theories that have circulated since the animated movie, and it felt like there was a sense of satisfaction from having the characters reply to our questions in real life. Overall I enjoyed reading this book as it was non-sensical in the most wonderful and irritating way.

It’s always a 50/50 for me with this series and this book just didn’t cut it. The storyline wasn’t captivating and the characters weren’t motivating. I have enjoyed other books in this series, I just didn’t enjoy this one

An Alice in Wonderland story based on Disney's Twisted Tales series. It follows Alice eleven years after she first went to Wonderland. Now, an eighteen year old young lady with a talent for photography, she starts to remember bits of Wonderland. It was a great retelling, but was a bit too lengthy.
