Pois é, Voltairex voltamos aqui... Meu professor de história do 1° segundo ano não era o mais legal, mas eu gostava das sugestões de trabalhos e livros dele. Esse foi de longe a melhor. Eu sempre gostei muito de você, sabe? Iluminismo e tudo, na cabeça de uma militante em construção era incrível! Cá entre nós, iluminismo é bem legal mesmo... mas você realmente é especial. Esse continho de nada mostra exatamente isso. Acho que é uma leitura daquelas que todos necessitam fazer.

I've been curious to see if I could enjoy Voltaire's other writings as much as I enjoyed [b:Candide|19380|Candide|Voltaire|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1345060082l/19380._SY75_.jpg|2833018], and I was happy to find that the answer is yes! It was a mix of sci-fi and philosophy, while still making me laugh. I really enjoyed his exploration of just how little and insignificant we truly are.

This is a great read if you want to explore nihilism, with jabs at organized religion, but still want to have a good time while doing so. I just wish it was longer.
