This is my favorite book in the series so far.
❗SPOILERS❗
I'm a sucker for this trope. Brother's best friend.
Rocco and Nora were so forward. I love that he rescues her from her arranged marriage and father.
The hideout house was intriguing. The fact that her father was the one who put the hit on the mothers.
At first I was wondering why Nora tried to convince Rocco not to kill her father. He's clearly not worth letting live. After he mistreats her and uses her as a human shield. It was eye opening and added to her character.
I liked that we saw Rocco torture someone. He's meant to be the more unhinged guy, so it was a good scene to add.

I liked this story pretty good. Lenora is a mafia princess who is betrothed to someone she despises. She’s had a crush on her brothers best friend, Rocco, and decides to lose her virginity to him so she can have sex she desires at least once in her life. Her mom offers a weekend getaway and Lenora steals a USB from her dad before she leaves thinking she can use it to get out of her marriage. However, the USB revealsto Rocco, that Lenora’s father is responsible for the death of his mother and her brothers mothers. They decided to kill him and her husband-to-be at the wedding. It was a good story and interesting read. Spice was good.

This mafia romance was a stressful ride! I enjoyed the storyline and the pop culture references (I’m hooked on 90 day fiancé too, Lenora). I got this book as a blind date book and I’m so glad I did. If you love a good mafia macho man, you will fall for Rocco.
