An expose on the ease at which populist movements can grow dark. Intriguing and worth a read.

Ce livre est tellement génial dans son horreur, il prouve la facilité qu’est d’endoctriner des humains dans un mouvement comme le fascisme. C’est un livre nécessaire qui doit être mis dans les mains de tout le monde.

This was really interesting (and obviously a short, quick read).
A high school LA teacher is using the book in class and I thought I'd read it too.
It is based on an actual event at a high school in California.
I found it very apt for our current fears.

Interesting YA story, based on a true-life classroom experiment about how Nazism was able to take hold among ordinary citizens. A good introduction to big political and moral questions for middle and high school age readers. I'd love for my kids to read it -- even more for their teachers to assign it in class for group discussion.
