It took me a loooong time to mentally adjust to this book feeling more like epic fantasy than whatever genre you call kick-butt teenage assassin. However, once I got used to it, I loved Celaena's character development. I love how even though WE haven't known this whole time who she really is, SHE has known. And she's been running from it for believable reasons. I love how the relationships have changed and how they've dealt with that. I love the new characters. And I love how this book ended, even though I was shaking because I was so nervous reading it.

LORD THIS BOOKKK. Love Aelin and Rowan , I’m starting to be a Dorian stan ( jk I already am ) . Manon is a great character and the plot keeps getting better . Just amazing
