I've seen people say the series drags starting at this book. But personally, this book was one of my favourites yet in the series. Some of the new things it introduces (e.g. the kin) are fascinating and I hope they'll be explored more.

I'm increasingly frustrated by the way Jordan writes women, the dialogue is lacking and all the repetitive phrases get tedious. But otherwise this was a fantastic read.
