I found the protagonist vapid and annoying. The back cover sells this book on the concept of the Supper Club and bringing women together to take up space. I was expecting something more uplifting, challenging, and funny. Instead we're in our protagonist's head, a lot, and she's not that likeable

Like many other reviewers I come away  from this book with a mix of feelings that I can’t really decipher. What I can say is that there were alot of tough moments in this book and I didn’t read any reviews prior so I was a little taken aback at how dark it got in some sections. I definitely recommend reading the content warnings before getting into this one folks!
