Honestly, the concept and the actually execution of the crime related topics was good. However, ultimately the characters and the relationship progression between them is why I could not finish this book. I am usually fine with unlikable characters but that combined with how unexplainable and fast paced the relationships between them evolve is a bad combo. Requires a lot of suspension of disbelief and probably would be a good read for actual pre-teens and teens, but not adults.
