So good I completed in one sitting
When I started reading this book I expected just a smutty romance but it was so much more.. the characters have so much depth to them and as someone who struggles with depression the main character was relatable. The male protagonist is smart sexy and welcome to dominate me anytime he wants! Can’t wait to continue on with this series.

Definitely enjoyed this story, especially the way they built the wishful-thinking relationship between the hero and heroine. Ratcheted up the desire and then completely met the need when the two finally get together.
(Note: I have read the precursor to this story, titled Tempt Me with different cover, as well as the full-length story. Tempting is impressively better!)

2.5 tempting tattoos stars!!
There are some things I really appreciate in this book and some things that were kind of beyond believable. I appreciate the fact that this author was ready to tackle the many demons that are depression and everything that goes along with it. She seemed to have either educated herself on it, or maybe has had someone close to her suffer from it because some things were very spot on. It is a real disorder that a person who is young, old or anywhere in between can suffer from. I saw some previous comments somewhere that said this girl is young what does she have to be depressed about… what does it matter? She is, and this author does a great job of letting us know that she has these demons and is working through them. Her feelings for her best friends’ older brother also believable, and one of my favorite tropes in romance. However, the substance behind the feelings was kind of missing for me in this book.
I really wanted to get behind this relationship and at some points I really could, they seemed like an actual couple. Then at most times it just seemed like it was all about the smexy times, yes, I know some romance novel has those. These characters though seemed to base their relationships on that and if it’s a good romance novel it will not rely on those parts. The characters could have fade to black scenes and the romance would work just fine. I was missing the substance behind the characters, the ending was great, it really brought it together. I loved the idea of the tattoo shop and the guys all together and that part pulled it together some for me, other than when they are there it's kind of sporadic. I’m not sure if I will read more of this series, I might try something else of this author but maybe not more of this series.

Loved it but needed more
I enjoyed watching these two characters grow and fins love. No one is perfect but everyone can be loved. Brendon and Kay prove this. They both have their flaws but together they make each other better.
I have to say, I would have preferred their romance to happen sooner. It took about half way to finally see them figure some things out. But their struggle seemed realistic so it makes sense it took some time.
I cant wait to read the next in this series.

I was really hoping to like this book. I've seen this author's work all over, but I've never read her before. This book seems to last forever. The writing itself isn't bad, but there are parts that drag. I did skim quite a lot, just to get through some of it. I didn't know going in that this had BDSM in it. I don't mind the mild stuff, but this felt a little off for me. Kaylee seemed like she really wanted to be punished for things, and I thought the whole BDSM thing was pleasure through pain? It didn't connect for me. I thought that Brendon and Kaylee made a good couple eventually, but it was a little weird at first with Brendon being the father figure in his sister's life. Even though I wasn't a huge fan of this one, I will definitely be giving this author another read.

Really good!
I really liked this book. I enjoyed the length, storyline, and characters. I would have enjoyed not drama/angst. This book was a little one-dimensional in that aspect, although it was done well.
