3.5, this book is just so lovely!!

Safe to say this book was exactly what i needed, tugged me straight out of my reading slump and had me giggling like an idiot in public. Kristen Callihan might be my book fairy godmother after this read.

I listened to this on Audible in just over a day. I loved it! The narrators were amazing and the story was so sweet. I loved both of these characters and enjoyed every minute of this book. Would love to see this as a RomCom on Netflix or something.

an ex-hockey player turned brooding pastry chef? YES PLS. the sexual tension between them plus the amount of flirting was insane. the way lucian put thought and care into everything he did for emma was probably the sweetest thing i’ve ever read. and the way she helped him through his pain!! UGH. they were everything!! and i LOVE that they didn’t break up in the 3rd act! they stayed together despite individually having to work through their shit. more of this in books!!!!! such a fun and sweet romance!
