this was fine, but like with the first one, i wasn't super emotionally connected to it, and if it hadn't been a novella, i likely wouldn't have stuck with it.

Not as good as the first but still enjoyable. I particularly liked the passages about PTSD/Soldier's heart. The moth motif and the ambiguous ending were well done, too.
