Lots of love, lots of spice, lots of emotion for Bellefleur's latest hit!

Truly, bestselling romance author, has always believed in love. She's got her parents 30 year long relationship as a role model. Yet coming off a recent ended engagement, she's got some walls up. Colin, a family lawyer, agrees to go in his sister's sex positive podcast with Truly as cohost. Immediately, she realizes he's a pain in her behind that she can't ignore. He's about to show her some love and spark an idea Truly cannot ler go of...including the idea of falling Truly, madly, deeply in love.

Truly, Madly, Deeply is my favorite by Bellefleur. I couldn't stop reading and binged it on just a few days! I love how I immediately could pick up on Colin's feelings for Truly. Colin is a book boyfriend readers need to protect at all costs..a) he's got a fiery mouth and b) he's a sarcastic loveable firecracker. I adored the "oh snap" moments Truly had and couldn't stop laughing at some iconic scenes that'll live rent free in my head for a long time.

Thank you Avon Romance and Netgalley for this arc in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The way in which I inhale every Alexandria Bellefleur book??? Truly & Collin were fantastic and I loved them.

3.5 stars
I wanted to love this book because I loved the Written in the Stars series and The Fiancée Farce, but it fell flat. Truly was whiny and annoying, and I hated how Colin talked to her in the intimate moments. I found myself not caring how they ended up together and skipping forward just to get through it.
Also, the term "the natives are getting restless" doesn't hold up and should have been edited out.
Hoping Bellefleur’s future books are more like the previous ones.

I’m finding that one thing I cannot stand in a book character is an obsession with the institution of marriage. In this case it’s even more annoying because it’s the idea of her parent’s marriage being perfect and their separation as the end of all love. Grow up, Truly. DNF
