The time jump threw me off and made me a little sad at first, but then when things started to really happen I was okay with it. I have so many things to say but they would all be spoilers! I was stuck standing up reading the last 50 pages of the book and couldn’t do anything else because I was so immersed in the happenings of the story. Ugh, can’t wait to start the next one! Ends on a bit of a cliff hanger.

Unfortunately this rating has less to do with whether the story was objectively a good continuation of the original trilogy and everything to do with the fact that I personally couldn’t buy in to the multiple perspectives/storylines enough to tear through this book like I did the first three
