yeaaaaah another banger as expected!!!! took me a bit to finish this one as i had a bit of a reading slump for a few months but once i got into it? HOOKED. the twists and turns were very well done, the relationships further flourishing and expanding in great ways. i had a great time reading this book and diving back into pip’s story. i just HAD to immediately get the final book for the trilogy!! this was a great sequel :))

Yet again, Holly Jackson tried to get me to cry with this book. While I was hysterically sobbing with the first book of this series, I managed to make it through this one with just tears in my eyes. Every book Holly Jackson writes is so compelling, page-turning, and all-encompassing. The minutes reading quickly turn to hours, and before you know it, it's all over.

This book was heart-wrenching, so deeply profound, among so many other things. I cannot find the words to describe how speechless my mind feels after such a refreshing end to a lovely book. This story redefined good and bad while pushing the boundaries of morality. It eloquently described the feelings of the main character, breathing the character off of the page and into my reality.

I cannot wait to read the third of this trilogy, wondering what the main character will uncover in her next mystery. Although, I am sure... I will cry.

OMG.
LIKE OMG.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK.

I completed it like about 3 hours ago, and I wasn't able to sit and write down a review, because man, I was shocked.
I'm still not able to wrap my mind around it.

It is simply amazing. And I think crime thrillers are my new fav genre.

When I read the first part, I loved it. I was a bit sceptical about this one, not being up to the expectations etc. etc.

But now, after completing it. I'm completely in love. I literally had a lump in my throat while reading the last three chapters. A FREAKING LUMP.

I loved it. There is simply no other explanation for everything I'm feeling. Just complete, unconditional, non judgemental love.

I really want to add a few parts, I want to discuss, but don't wanna write down any spoilers.
