I was so excited for this book and felt like I waited forever for it. The premise of the story was great. I wish I knew it was a YA story but I guess I missed that. There is so much more that could have been done in a more mature book. The ending was great.

This reminded me of The Invisible Life of Addie Larue. I thought it was ok, but I didn't really believe the love story. I liked our main character, but I didn't like Arden, I didn't get the appeal. Overall, this was ok, not too memorable

It’s been one hell of a ride trying to find books I feel so deeply in love with… with that being said Our Infinite Fates easily 6 star read. Evelyn and Arden’s love was so beautiful “And so even when there’s no big joy—even when it feels like we’ll never leave this trench alive—there’s still the small joy. A sunset, a flask of tea. Your hand in mine”

About two souls called Evelyn and Ardan who are bound by love in every lifetime but also must die before they turn 18 in every life. This book!!!!!!! Was incredible, I flew through the first 300 pages in a few sittings and when it was over I was slightly disappointed it was ending and I can’t say that for very many books at all. I loved how we got to see multiple lives of the souls in a realistic way I love the present timeline, it had me actually invested in the outcome of their fate. The ending was great at tying loose ends and giving a satisfying, a well rounded finale. Writing was flawless! Wish I could read it for the first time again!

“It’s the idea that one person in a pairing longs to die before the other, because living without them would be too excruciating”.

I wept and I cried, en un loop. Omg. Pero no se lleva 5 estrellas porque hay una escena que simplemente casi arruina el libro completo jesus christ, pero oh well, i love both characters so much.

Could have been about half as long 🤷‍♀️

I really loved this book, it was even better than what I was expecting it to be. It reminded me a lot of a K-Drama I've recently rewatched called "See you in my 19th life" and I think the K-Drama being one of my favourite really made me connect very quickly with the storyline.

The relationship between Evelyn and Arden is so deep and so sad at the same time, since they have to kill eachother in every lifetime :(
I was not expecting her to be the cause of the beginning of the curse in the way that it was presented... Like her being the devil?

Happy that Gracie had her happy ending and that after the deal that Evelyn and Arden made at the end of not being able to remember eachother, the "tug of affection" was still there. Maybe cliché? But I'm a sucker for that kind of thing 🥹

Audiobook Comment: it's fine
Repetitive diction: the author wrote "and yet" FIFTY ONE TIMES, sometimes multiple times in one chapter.

Our Infinite Fates went everywhere and nowhere all at once. The main characters Evelyn and Arden reincarnate in relatively close proximity to each other in every life, needing to find each other, falling in love, but having to kill the other in every life too before they turn 18 years old. They are deeply in love with each other in a toxic, shared trauma, Stockholm Syndrome-esque kind of way as the author reminds us every, single, chapter without allowing the reader to actually fall in love with them. I kept waiting for something to happen, but the question of why they are stuck in this cycle and have to kill each other before their 18th birthday every time is not answered until like 80% in. The novel is set up in somewhat alternating timelines, going back in time to past lives with each other in almost every continent. You'd think going to different lands and immersing in the different cultures would be interesting, but not if the plot doesn't seem to advance! I kept having to ask myself "okay, what is the point of going back to this place?" It felt like we were going in circles, yes we've already established they love each other (and another chapter depicting another past life trying to demonstrate that is not gonna change how I feel about them), yes Evelyn has a heart of gold and will do anything for the ones they love, and Arden is just another being with their guards up but willing to do anything for Evelyn except not kill them. If there was anything I actually liked, I enjoyed the LGBTQIA+ representation. Overall, so much potential...
