Another great addition to the series. Of course I cried, it wouldn't be a Before the Coffee Gets Cold book without tears. I just cant get enough of the lore behind these characters and this cafe. Now I must patiently wait for book #5 to be translated to English

"I mean, the idea of not being able to change the present even though you can return to the past - how intriguing is that?"
This is the central theme of this book as it affects four different coffee customers who must decide whether or not to return to the past. Each one differs, and each one has his or her own issues to resolve.
While it is a clever plot, the repetitiveness of instructions from the cafe owner about returning gets old. I can understand why the author has included this as each person confronts his or her quandaries; nonetheless, it is tedious for the reader.
I will note here, that it is the first of four that I have read, so I am assuming somehow that the four are linked because the end of this book (#4) is rather abrupt. Not sure I am inclined to read any others though.
