I debated between rating this book between 3 and 4 stars. I just felt like something was missing but I can't tell you what it is. I think the plot has so much potential and can be expanded more rather than just Whit and Summer have s3x 24/7. I love how at the end of the book though, Whit and Summer have a proper conversation with what happened when they were in school. A lot of the times especially in bully romances, the fmc always pretends nothing happened. At the end, Whit seemed generally apologetic too which is really nice.

This book was way too long and way too unnecessary to be over 600 pages. And I really didn't like how Summer and Whit kept saying what they enjoy in the bedroom is "disgusting" and "sick". But again I guess they were young so maybe they don't know degrading is thing.

Not what I was expecting at all but I loved this book! She stands her grounds and doesn’t take anyone’s crap and he stands up when it really matters. I love that he gave her the space she needed and worked on himself in that time. This ending is as perfect. I loved the hea and that in the end he was the once chasing.

Man oh man , This book sucked me right in! I could not did not want to put it down. I read this book on a whim and I am not sorry I did! Summer and Whit, wow they are the seriously soul mates. They are everything. I could not get enough of all the twist and turns in this story! I absolutely love the ending I wish I could give it more then 5 stars! All the characters in the story had the perfect dynamic and went well with one another.

This book was pretty disturbing and I have read plenty where it straddled the line. But there is victim blaming, a number of serious trigger warnings, and assault that are written way too lightly. This book sends the wrong message and is extremely toxic. I finished it just to be sure I could write a full review. Absolutely not ok (and there should be a warning at the beginning).
