Really enjoyed this one. It was hard to put down at Times! The spice level is verrrrry high and tbh, I kinda cringed at some times with the brutalness of whit lancaster, but all in all I loved this read ! I want moreeee haha

I wasn’t as big a fan of this book than I was with A Million Kisses in your Lifetime. I didn’t like any of the characters (other than Monty, who was barely even in it) and so I found myself not caring what happened.
It took me a really long time to warm up to Whit. And even then, I still had reservations about him. He seemed too controlling, and it wasn’t in an endearing way. It felt more like he wanted things his way and don’t care much about Summer. He just has to say three little words and she’ll just drop everything to follow him where he wants.
Don’t even get me started on Sylvie (Summer’s best friend and Whit’s sister). She better have a good explanation in her own book about why she’s such a bitch because I do not appreciate her hypocrisy and hurtful words.
It still scored relatively high because the spice was fantastic and just hit all the spots (sexual innuendo intended). And the scenes with Monty were really entertaining. He’s a hilarious character and I’ve got everything crossed that he’ll have his own book

For like 80% of this book they were CHILDREN? In high school?!? Absolutely wild. Way too toxic.
The last like 15% was great.
