This was a very enjoyable, easy to read book. I decided to listen to this one on audio even though it's on Kindle Unlimited. The narrator was so good and I enjoyed listening to her. This book is supposed to be a combination of My Fair Lady and Pride and Prejudice, but to be completely honest, I'm not familiar with either of them. Georgiana and Edward were great together and I loved how they opened up to one another. While I loved the characters as a couple, I loved them both for who they were as individuals as well. The plot kept me intrigued enough that I finished this one in one day. Overall, this was a very enjoyable historical romance read!
2.75 stars. This was fine. But I got bored. There’s little to the story. The development needs major work (both character and story). It felt a bit contrived. Idk. Things just happen. The dialogue doesn’t feel natural. And I found myself skimming as it neared the end because I was just done.
I really liked this book! The hero is neurodivergent so I always appreciate reading books with a bit more representation and more than just cookie-cutter characters :)

I think I would have enjoyed this more, but it felt a touch messy. Like the timeline would just jump suddenly. He's outside with guests on a horse ride, gets dirty and then heads back to his house before any of them where there is a ball all ready in progress?
