Jocko and Leif do yet another incredible job describing how to be a more effective leader. This is a must read for anyone, especially those in a leadership position in any capacity of life.

This book is better in many ways than Extreme Ownership. Both needed to be written, but this one really shows the way. Too bad more leaders do not internalize the process. Most read the books and spout off the buzzwords and phrases without practicing the skills daily as is necessary to succeed.

It’s a bit chunky. Some good stuff, but a sort slow boring read at times.
