Hard to come into the book without knowing the story, especially with the popularity of both Clueless (1995) and Emma. (2020). 

Parts of the story drug on in places, and seemed like it could’ve been hurried along better. 

But, I still enjoyed the story through audiobook.

Started this about 15 years ago but never finished it!
Fast read a lot of it - I liked the twists but the focus on relationships and Miss bates’ monologues were a struggle to get through
