“ how many loves do you get in a lifetime?” But I would argue that this is not love at all. This was pure infatuation and infuriating. As a self-proclaimed chismosa, this book initially captured my attention & I kept hoping for some character development and for someone to GROW UP. I kept reading in hopes for something new, but it was the same toxic cycle over and over. I hope this group of friends mature a little bit. Maybe I’ll read the series but that’s TBD

I didn’t care about one character or what was happening. It felt like listening to high schoolers argue back and forth about their relationship..and the incessant name dropping of fashion brands just made it completely unbearable…
Completely toxic relationships, whiny and entitled main characters, glorified drug use - all the makings of a dreadfully difficult book to finish. How in the world is this a hyped book???
This feels like a book that I need a physical copy of to take notes in the margins. The English slang def makes you need to pay attention & that’s just something I didn’t want to do at the moment!
