Excellent read!
Truly interesting and entertaining book. The main character, Daniel, is a lovable character and you quickly find yourself rooting for him. The supernatural characters are unusual, but lovable too (except one that is really bad). I’d like to read more of Daniel’s, Bran’s, and Annalise’s adventures.

This was... okay. I typically avoid horror-anything, but decided with it being the season I'd give it a go, and this book stood out while I was browsing through Goodread's recommendations. I am nowhere near an expert in the horror genre, but this felt mostly derivative, though I thoroughly enjoyed the twist, and how it ended.

Foi um bom livro no clássico estilo "mansão abandonada com mistério", embora algumas partes tenham ficado esquisitas, como o relacionamento dos primos e aquela mudança de terror pra ação lá e,m 3/4 do livro
O conceito dos fantasmas, embora um tanto diferente, produz uma série de questões.
E o final feliz... é, devia ter dado 3.
Ponto positivo: a velha senhora alemã, e a mudança pra lá e pra cá da verdadeira história da família da mansão.
